Project Questionnaire

Design and Construction are processes that are best accomplished in stages through the collaborative efforts of the Owner, Designer, Contractor and sometimes a Realtor. The first step as a Designer is to work with the Owner to define and develop a scope of work that results in a project that can be built by a Contractor within an affordable budget and ultimately achieves a practical, efficient and aesthetically pleasing layout and style for the Owner.

In an effort to streamline the design process, please fill out this short questionnaire with open and honest feedback so we can figure out how to best work together to provide the best overall value and service to you during the initial design and planning phase of your potential project. If you don't have all of the answers or can't perfectly articulate your wishes, don't stress. This is just a starting point and through further conversations we can firm up the scope of work.

Once this information is submitted, I will try to review everything within 48 business hours and get back in touch with you to schedule an introductory phone call. On that call we can discuss the overall design process and if desired we can schedule a site visit so that I can see the existing conditions and we can toss around some ideas to further define the scope of work. From there I can provide a quotation for the design fees and associated design time.
